I exactly don’t know whether there is a set rules to prepare egg burji. I felt many times any dish, either western or continental, is acceptable to us if it suits our taste buds.   • Egg – 4
  • Onion – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • Green Chilly – 2-3,
  • chopped (adjustable according to your taste requirement)
  • Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  • Freshly ground pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, fry onion and green chilly with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt until onion turns transparent over medium heat Reduce the heat, crack the egg and pour on to the pan and start combining all the ingredients slowly with a wooden spatula until all the egg is cooked Turn off the stove, sprinkle the pepper and stir all the mixture one more time and serve it hot
