rupali_ganguly_sach_ka_saamna The final episode of the first season of Sach ka Saamna was telecasted. Rupali Ganguly was the contestant where she won Rs 10 lakhs, but lost her last question for 25 lakhs. The maximum prize money won was 25 lakhs by Mr Sunil, a yoga instructor who quit the game after 25 lakhs. Sunil had to come up with big  hidden truths like have sex for money which was something surprising for his near ones.

There is a poll on the Sach Ka Saamna website which shows that 94%  of the voters want the second season of Sach Ka Saamna. This shows the popularity of the show. Even though this reality show is not fit for all age of audiences, I feel its an interesting show. There were lots of criticisms and controversies related to this show during the initial launch of this show, but the intensions of the program sounded positive. This show was also discussed in the parliament and objections were raised against the telecast of this show. Controversies and the best marketing tool these days and I think it helped this show becoming more popular and gaining more public attention.

Sitting on the contestant chair needs to have big guts as we are going to be questioned to a very personal level and disclosing such truth could change the strength of relation with near ones and image in the public. This is not a contest for just winning the prize money, but for facing the truth after disclosing personal secrets. In the initial episodes, we saw many contestants losing everything after winning different levels, but recent episodes showed change in rules where some amount of prize money were secured, which I feel was a good move by the producers of this show.
