Jet Airways – Who will pay the price

The recent strike (not strike legally) by the Jet Airways pilots has entered the 3rd day. Pilots are not planning to get back to work until their demands are met (Infact only one demand to take back the fired pilots).

As far as the management is concerned, they do not have any intention to bend their knees. Its very clear the pilots of Jet Airways can take the company for a ride and have already proved it. Where does the company and the share holders stand. The fate of the company is decided by one group of employees. Should this be the way.

Who will be bearing the losses and the inconvenience of the public or the end users. Things should not go like this. I do agree that they have rights to form a union, but destroying a company, its not fair and there is something wrong in our system itself if one group of employees can hold the employer for a ransom.

Due to irresponsible behavior and ego, a company may sink, thousands others may be effected. This should not supported and there should be some laws to avert such situations
