bangalore-buildings Reservations for minority in India are planned to be implemented soon, but how soon is not yet clear. Minority Affairs Minister Salman Khursheed speaks that he has already discussed this with some corporates and they have taken this issue positively.

Now the question is, do we need this? In India there are tons of highly qualified youth who need good placements. In private sector, usually the placements are done according to the qualifications, experience and more than that the ability of a person. Do we need to do injustice to a person who is better in all means to be denied a job because of this reservation. I don’t feel this is fair. We should take care that there should be no discrimination to minorities in India rather than giving reservations.

What could be the consequences of this?

Chances of immigration – If talented youngsters are not getting what they deserve in their country, they would be forced to go to other countries for better job

Discouraging MNC- Multi National Companies will be discouraged to invest in India as they will not be able to get what they want (Talent).

This is encouraging Discrimination – I feel that this reservation will be a sort of encouraging discrimination, we will have evil thoughts building in mind against different caste. Stop bringing up such subject

Why should the Government enter into such issues in private sectors? They will take the best talent for their company. I don’t feel that they will deny a post or job to a minority categorized person even if he / she is the best. I feel its a weak path by the Government to get minority votes.
