Finished all my work so checked in bit early. Was lucky to use the free Wifi given by Dialog when I used their network for Roaming. Do not roam if its not very much necessary as the charges are very high. I need to do that because of my official commitments.

Just reached Colombo for an official work. Staying at Ramada, former Holiday Inn. Posting some pictures of the Male’ International Airport. The airport was very much crowded today, shows signs of tourist inflow to Maldives, which is really a good sign

Took some snaps while we were waiting at the Jetty No 7 in Male’ to go to Himafushi Island, just about 10 minutes from Male’ on a speed launch. There are some very good industrial units there like the Cyprea Marine Foods, Life Mineral Water Factory, etc.

I cook my food and try my best I don’t have food from hotels. I was really fed up having food from hotels and finally decided even if I starve, I will not go out for having my food. Having hotel food regularly will surely spoil your health and end up with serious consequences.

I recently have been to Akkulam Tourist Village which is situated in Trivandrum and is promoted by DTPC Thiruvananthapuram. I see no proper maintenance done, the restaurant was closed and used as a place to dump garbage. The place was smelling bad and looks tells the way its being taken care.
