I was working on the theme change for kisaso.com. This time it was very different working with thesis theme. You do not have to edit the core files, just use the hooks provided.
You are provided with custom files which can be used to modify the css and other core functions. If you understand the theme framework, then you can do almost everything that you would want to do. Initially I was upset as it was behaving odd with WordPress MU. I had migrated to WordPress MU for this blog. After googling I could not find any solution to use Thesis theme for WordPress MU, but I got it working well.
